Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.
Some important aasana :-
Gomukhasana, Dhanurasana, Matsyendrasana, Paschimottanasana, Mayurasana, Shavasana, Padmasana, Simhasana, and Bhadrasana.
Inhale the future, exhale the past.”
